2. About Us
SURYA GLOBAL SERVICES is a logistics coordination and support service provider based in Ahmedabad. GSTIN: 24ISBPP6660N1Z3, MSME/Udyam: UDYAM-GJ-01-0613321. We provide coordination support for Import-Export, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, and Documentation.

3. Scope of Services – Important Disclaimer
We act as a logistics coordinator and facilitator. We coordinate with third-party service providers including shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and licensed Customs House Agents (CHA). Final clearance is subject to approval by Indian Customs and other government authorities. We do not guarantee clearance timelines, as they depend on customs examination, duty assessment, regulatory approvals, and carrier schedules. Our services are provided subject to applicable laws, regulations and required licenses/authorisations.

4. Client Obligations
You agree to:
a) Provide true, accurate, and complete cargo details, value, HS Code, and documents.
b) Ensure cargo is legal, permissible, non-hazardous unless declared and approved.
c) Obtain necessary licenses, approvals, and product-specific registrations (e.g., BIS, FSSAI, Drug License).
d) Pay duties, taxes, and statutory charges as assessed by authorities.
Mis-declaration or concealment of cargo may result in penalties, seizure, and legal action by authorities, for which the client is solely liable.

5. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes are based on information provided by the client (weight, volume, origin, destination). Final charges may vary due to change in fuel surcharge, currency exchange, carrier charges, detention, demurrage, customs examination charges, or re-measurement at port. Quotation validity will be mentioned in the quote.

6. Payments
All service charges, freight, and reimbursements must be paid in advance unless credit terms are agreed in writing. Duties and taxes must be paid before cargo release. Interest @ 18% p.a. may be charged on delayed payments. Tax Invoice will be issued as per GST law.

7. Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to the extent of our service charges only. We are NOT liable for:

• Loss, damage, theft, or pilferage of cargo during transit by carrier/transporter
• Delay due to customs examination, port congestion, carrier delay, weather, strike, force majeure
• Any penalties, duties, fines imposed by Customs or other authorities
• Actions or negligence of third-party carriers, CHA, or port authorities
  Cargo insurance is the client’s responsibility. We can coordinate insurance on request at extra cost.

All content on this website including text, logo, images, service descriptions is property of SURYA GLOBAL SERVICES and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
